OFA now requires echocardiogram for advanced cardiac clearances. However, GRCA still recognizes basic cardiac clearances with auscultation only.

Basic cardiac (auscultation only) Fee: $60

Form should be downloaded from ofa.org & filled out.
If echocardiogram is desired based on auscultation results, the additional fee is $245 to be paid at the clinic.

Advanced Cardiac (auscultation + echocardiogram/doppler) Fee: $305

Form will be available at the clinic.
Bring all AKC registration information + microchip number.

Golden Retrievers only. Limit of 2 cardiac appointments per person. Additional dogs will be accommodated if there is room.

Fee for registration with HomeAgain is included.
